Boullion Consulting exists to serve those who serve. I bring a rare blend of military discipline and frontline clinical leadership—shaped by the Marine Corps and refined over two decades in EMS, disaster preparedness, emergency management, and program management. As the director of a HEMS program, I’ve guided high-tempo teams through accreditation cycles, complex transports, and constant operational change.
My doctoral research investigated the impact of leadership behaviors on resilience, well-being, and intention to stay in high-stress professions. I turn that evidence into practical playbooks leaders can use on shift tomorrow—reducing toxicity, strengthening trust, and improving outcomes for both people and mission.
